Community Circle

Share the transformative power of opera with your organization.

For every LA Opera production at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, Community Circle makes hundreds of tickets available for nonprofits, community groups, veterans organizations, senior centers, schools, and colleges. Groups of tickets are $10 each or free for qualifying organizations. Welcome to your opera house... we’ve saved a seat just for you.

Things to Know

  • These are good seats! Tickets are valued at approximately $122 each and are not available to the general public.
  • Filling out an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
  • Tickets are awarded based on availability and need.
  • Organizations are eligible for one opera per season.
  • Incomplete applications will not be accepted. No individual or family applications will be accepted.
  • LA Opera reserves the right to refuse admission to groups based on past behavior or attendance problems.

Parking and Arrival

There is a free pre-performance talk one hour before every opera. If you would like to attend the pre-performance talk, please plan to arrive one hour and 30 minutes before the opera begins. Otherwise, please try to arrive at least 30 minutes early so you have ample time to find parking.

  • TRAVELING BY CAR — If traveling by car, you may park in The Music Center garage entering on Grand Avenue. Parking is $10 per vehicle.
  • TRAVELING BY BUS — Buses may unload on Hope Street. Your driver will need to park elsewhere and return for pickup.
