BambinO
Bring Your Baby into the World of Opera.
BambinO, a unique opera created for babies ages 6–18 months, is touring Los Angeles County. In this story about a mother bird and her newly hatched chick, little ones are encouraged to engage with the performers and add their own bird calls to the soundscape. This 40-minute show celebrates the infant imagination, immersing open-minded listeners in a sea of new sounds and bright colors. We're thrilled for your baby to experience a show made especially for them. Admission is free; advance reservations required.
Hear more about what makes BambinO so magical from our Resident Stage Director, Eli Villanueva and one of our performing artists, Maria Elena Altany in this short video.
BambinO is a Scottish Opera, Manchester International Festival and Improbable co-production presented by LA Opera Connects; composed by Lliam Paterson and designed by Giuseppe Belli & Emma Belli.
