Emmy and Tony Award-winning actress and singer Kristin Chenoweth’s career spans film, television, voiceover and stage. In 2015, she received a coveted star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In 2009, she received an Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her role in Pushing Daisies. In 1999, she won a Tony Award for You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown and she was nominated for her original role of Glinda the Good Witch in Wicked in 2004. She has been nominated for two Emmy Awards and for a People’s Choice Award for her role on Glee. She earned a Drama Desk Award, Outer Critics Circle Award and Broadway.com Audience Choice Award for her lead role in the Roundabout Theatre Company’s On the Twentieth Century. She also earned nominations for a Tony Award and a Drama League Award for the role.

Her newest major project is the development of the musical based on the award-winning 2012 documentary The Queen of Versailles and the life of beauty queen, socialite, and TV personality Jacqueline “Jackie” Siegel. She is starring in and producing the show through her production banner Diva Worldwide Entertainment. The project, described as “a new musical exploring the true cost of fame, fortune and family,” has reunited her with Wicked composer, Stephen Schwartz, who wrote the music. The musical made its world premiere at Boston’s Emerson Colonial Theatre on August 1, 2024, and will make its Broadway debut in the 2025/26 season. She can next be seen in Our Little Secret for Netflix opposite Lindsay Lohan.

She also was in the second season of Apple TV+’s acclaimed musical-comedy series Schmigadoon!, which premiered in 2023. She received a Critics’ Choice Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series, for her role as Mildred Layton in the first season.

In 2023, she released her hilarious and insightful gift book, I'm No Philosopher, But I Have Thoughts: For Saints, Sinners, and the Rest of Us—meaningful and meme-worthy philosophical musings on connection, creativity, loss, love, faith and closure. She recently released her first picture book, What Will I Do with My Love Today?, a heartwarming and sweet tale about a young girl who shares her love through acts of generosity around New York City. In 2009, she wrote an upliftingly candid, comedic chronicle of her life so far, A Little Bit Wicked, which debuted on the New York Times hardcover nonfiction best seller list.

Mary-Mitchell Campbell is a conductor, music director, orchestrator, composer and arranger. She has served as the music director for many Broadway shows including Mean Girls, The Prom, My Love Letter to Broadway with Kristin Chenoweth, Tuck Everlasting, Finding Neverland, Big Fish, The Addams Family, Company and Sweeney Todd. She also music directed Stephen Sondheim’s last musical Road Show at the Public Theater. She won a Drama Desk for best orchestrations for the 2006 revival of Company starring Raul Esparza and was nominated for Best Orchestrations for her work on the Off-Broadway productions of Allegro and Hello Again. She has a very active concert career and performs frequently with Kristin Chenoweth, Gavin Creel, Jonathan Groff, Laura Benanti and Raul Esparza.

She has conducted the Chicago Symphony, the Cincinnati Symphony, the Dallas Symphony, the Nashville Symphony, and many other symphonies around the United States. She joined the Encores series at City Center as music director in 2023.

She is passionate about arts education and poverty reduction. She is the founder and president of Arts Ignite, which develops agency in young people through the arts. They enable young people to discover the joy and power of making art- to find their voices, tell their stories and transform their lives. She is a regular volunteer with Arts Ignite programs in the US, Africa and India. She is originally from North Carolina and has been on the Juilliard, NYU and Boston College faculties.
