Lighting designer Mark McCullough has illuminated the stages of the Metropolitan Opera, La Scala, Bolshoi Theater, Covent Garden, Washington National Opera, Dallas Opera, Opéra de Montréal as well as productions for the Glimmerglass Festival, San Francisco Opera, Lyric Opera of Chicago, New York City Opera and Seattle Opera.

Broadway productions include Outside Mullingar, After Miss Julie, The American Plan and Jesus Christ Superstar. Highlights of recent seasons include the Ring cycle in San Francisco, the world premiere of Marco Tutino’s La Ciociara (Two Women) in Cagliari; Der Freischütz at the Vienna State Opera; La Traviata at Seattle Opera; and Elektra at Washington National Opera.
